Historic Restoration
Dynamism Builders has experience restoring historical homes.
We have renovated this historic farmhouse exterior. We had fully re-designed and rebuilt the yankee gutter system, re-structured the roof to eliminate sag and re-sided the exterior to match the period it was originally built. We went through the SHPO process for the owners to take advantage of available grants and assisted with all design aspects of the interior and exterior. The interior renovations are still to come after final SHPO grants are secured. We will keep you posted as the project unveils and evolves to its completion.
